FASS 99-07 Ford F250/F350 Powerstroke 140gph/55psi Titanium Series Plus Fuel Air Separator

The FASS Titanium Signature Series Plus is a fuel system engineered for 1999-2007 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L and 6.0L diesel engines. This system is rated at 140 gallons per hour and can support up to 700 horsepower. It features a 2-micron filtration rating and a built-in water separation filter to protect your injection system and extend injector life.

The fuel system incorporates FASS Whisper Technology for reduced noise levels and Performance Radius Cuts to improve fuel flow. It also includes Mass Flow Return technology for continuous fuel polishing and optional ports for a fuel heater or pressure gauge. The system utilizes ORB fittings and black anodized aluminum components for a clean installation.
