The FASS TSF14290F240G Titanium Signature Series Fuel System (240 GPH, 60-65 PSI) supports Ford Powerstroke 7.3L and 6.0L diesel engines (900-1200 HP) from 1999-2007. It eliminates fuel-related injector failures by removing water, air, and debris with 2-micron filtration. Features FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) for reduced noise, Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) for improved fuel flow, and Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology for continuous fuel polishing. This complete replacement system protects injectors, improves cold weather starts, reduces emissions, and enhances fuel mileage.
