FASS 99-07 Ford Powerstroke F250/F350 140gph No Drop Titanium Plus Fuel System

This FASS No-Drop PLUS Series Fuel System is designed for 1999-2007 Ford 7.3L and 6.0L Powerstroke engines, supporting stock to 700HP. It simplifies installation by including a Fuel Sump Kit (SK5501), eliminating the need to remove the fuel tank. The Titanium Signature Series Plus features ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 aluminum black anodized fittings, and black 1/2" fuel line for a clean installation. It operates at 60-65 PSI with a flow rate of 140 GPH. Key benefits include increased fuel lubricity, extended injection component life, over 99% water removal, elimination of entrained air and vapor, and filtration down to 2 Microns absolute. It provides significantly more fuel flow than OEM systems and incorporates FASS Whisper Technology for quiet operation, Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) for improved fuel flow, and Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology for continuous fuel polishing. Bolt-on bracket mounts simplify installation. Optional electric heater kits are available for cold environments.
