FASS Class 8 100gph/16-18psi Industrial Series Diesel Fuel System IND 100G

The FASS Industrial Series Diesel Fuel System, model IND100G, is an aftermarket filtration system for diesel engines. It is rated at 100 gallons per hour (GPH) with a fuel pressure of 16-18 PSI, suitable for stock to 600 horsepower applications. This system is manufactured in the U.S.A. and backed by a 1 million mile/5-year warranty, with a motor failure rate under 2% and a filter life expectancy of 30,000 miles. Key features include 2 Micron Filtration, Extreme Water Separator, Patented Air/Vapor Removal Process, FASS Silencing Technology (FST), Performance Radius Cuts (PRC), and Continuous Fuel Polishing (CFP). It eliminates the need for a dedicated fuel return line kit, simplifying installation. It also offers improved cold weather starts, decreased emissions, improved fuel volume delivery, smoother engine idle, and fuel mileage improvement. Optional electric heater ports and fuel pressure gauge port are available. A 24-volt option is available as a special-order item for heavy-duty 24-volt applications.
