FASS FASF15250F220G Adjustable Diesel Fuel Lift Pump 250F 220GPH @ 55PSI Ford Powerstroke 1999-2007

The FASS FASF15250F220G is an Adjustable Fuel System Series rated at 220 gallons of diesel fuel per hour. It offers adjustable fuel pressure from 1-75 PSI, making it suitable for high-performance Ford Powerstroke applications, including race or competition diesel engines. Manufactured with the same motor used in FASS Titanium Signature Series Systems, it features a boost compensation port to maintain fuel pressure under full throttle and FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) for reduced noise levels while increasing fuel flow rates. The kit includes a Bulkhead Fitting and Suction Tube, machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. This fitting functions as both a suction tube and return, featuring a 5/8" Suction Tube and a 1/2" Fuel Return Port. The pickup tube is made of PTFE Teflon, which can be cut to adapt to different fuel tank depths, allowing safe operation down to approximately 1/8 tank of fuel. This system must be used with your factory fuel filter. It is suggested that all Systems be adjusted only if you have installed a fuel pressure gauge.
