FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel Pump Kit 250 GPH

The FASS TS C10 250G Titanium Signature Series diesel fuel lift pump kit is engineered to be a high-performing, reliable aftermarket filtration system for GM Duramax 6.6L engines from 2001 to 2016. Unlike other diesels, Duramax engines do not have a factory lift pump, forcing the CP3/CP4 injection pump to operate under vacuum. This can lead to increased stress, air introduction, and potential damage to the injection pump and injectors. This system includes the FASS STK-1002 Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit, which is machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. The bulkhead fitting serves as both a suction tube and return, featuring 5/8” suction and 1/2” return ports. The pickup tube is made of PTFE Teflon and can be cut to length for proper installation in various fuel tank depths, allowing operation down to 1/8 tank. Key features include "Whisper Technology" for quiet operation, a verified 250 Gallons Per Hour flow rating, 2-micron filtration, a built-in water separation filter, and FASS's patented air/vapor removal process.
