The FAST XDi Sportsman Distributor provides an accurate trigger signal throughout a race engine's RPM range using an advanced Hall-effect style pickup, converted to a signal compatible with most CD ignition controls. This Hall-effect design prevents magnetic pickup compensation, ensuring stable timing from idle to high RPM. It features a CNC-machined billet housing, a polished stainless steel shaft supported by sealed ball bearings and a long bushing, with minimized end play to prevent timing variations and gear damage. Each unit includes a high-quality rotor and distributor cap. It requires a FAST Ignition Control (E6 or E7 series) and has locked-out timing (no mechanical advance). Available with a large diameter Ford style cap or a smaller GM points size cap with HEI terminals.
