This XDi Distributor is designed for race applications requiring high accuracy, utilizing a Hall-effect pickup to ensure stable timing throughout the RPM range by preventing magnetic compensation. It features a CNC-machined billet housing, a polished stainless steel shaft supported by sealed ball bearings and a long bushing, and reduced end play to minimize timing variations. Each unit includes a high-quality rotor and distributor cap. It requires a FAST Ignition Control (E6 or E7 series) and has locked-out timing with no mechanical advance. It is available with a large diameter Ford style cap or a smaller diameter GM points size cap with HEI terminals.
