Description

The Genuine Honda 16500-P0A-A01 is a direct replacement Fast Idle Valve Assembly, also referred to as a Fast Idle Solenoid or Idle Control Valve. This component replaces the older part number 16500-P0A-A00. Installation involves disconnecting the negative battery cable, detaching the wiring harness, removing two retaining bolts, and replacing the old seals or gaskets. It is crucial to thoroughly clean the gasket mating surfaces before installing the new valve. The valve assembly has a threaded inlet connection and an NPT outlet connection measuring 0.25 inches, with two ports. This genuine Honda part is specifically designed to fit the following vehicles: 1994-1997 Honda Accord, 1997-2001 Honda CR-V, and 1997-2001 Honda Prelude. It is confirmed that this part does not fit the Honda Fit.
