Description

Broad power band. Manual or automatic with 3000+ stall and 9.5:1 compression. Requires low gears and headers. Produces a rough idle. Magnum cams offer high RPM power, are gentle on valvetrain components, and work with mild ratio rocker arms and traditional performance valve springs. These cams benefit from converter and gear changes; they prefer 9.5:1 compression or higher, and larger Magnum cams may be sluggish at low RPM.
