The Frostbite FB161 is a 4-row aluminum radiator engineered to provide superior cooling for high-horsepower street cars and trucks where maintaining optimal engine temperature is critical. Its construction features 100 percent TIG-welded seams for durability and aircraft-quality aluminum for core, fittings, and tanks, ensuring efficient heat dissipation. Key specifications include a 4-row design with 11/16" cooling row diameter and a core thickness of 2.76". The core dimensions are 19-7/8" x 25-7/8", with overall dimensions of 25-1/8" x 29-1/2". This radiator utilizes a down flow style and has an inlet diameter of 1-3/4" and an outlet diameter of 2". It also includes a transcooler provision with a 1/8-27NPT fitting. This radiator is designed to support applications ranging from 550-1000 horsepower. It comes with a polished top and tanks for a custom show appearance, a billet aluminum filler neck, an OEM brass petcock, and a custom Frostbite high-performance 16 lb. radiator cap.
