The Fore Innovations FC3 Dual/Triple Pump Staged Controller provides a two-stage electrical solution for dual or triple pump return fuel systems, designed for efficient load handling and power distribution. Its simple trigger system activates with a basic switched 12V+ on/off signal (6.5V+ minimum). This controller allows for the full-time operation of one, two, or three pumps, with the option to activate additional pumps on demand using an external switch like a Hobbs or RPM switch. The unit features a 30 amp x 3 capacity and 99.3% efficiency, with replaceable internal fuses for each pump. Installation is simplified with new direct connections to main power and ground terminals. The controller is compatible with various fuel pumps, including the GSS341, GSS342, GSS340, F90000262, F90000267, F90000274, F90000352, F90000285, and F90000295. Fuse selection is crucial, with 20A recommended for GSS341/342/340, 25A for F90000262/267/274/352, and 30A for F90000285/295. The controller may also be suitable for other DC motors like intercooler or water pumps, provided their current requirements are checked. Important warnings include not operating the unit with over 16.5V supplied power and ensuring it is installed indoors only. Optional accessories such as a 4 AWG harness (20' red, 3' black), a 100A fuse and holder, or an Eaton 100A circuit breaker can be selected for your installation.
