Description

The Fore Innovations FC3 Dual/Triple Pump Staged Controller offers a two-stage electrical solution for managing dual or triple pump return fuel systems, ensuring efficient load handling and power distribution. This controller is designed to work with a simple switched 12V+ on/off signal, with a minimum activation voltage of 6.5V. This system allows for 1, 2, or 3 pumps to run full-time, with remaining pumps activated on demand via an external switch (such as a Hobbs or RPM switch). It provides a 30 amp capacity for each of its three outputs and features replaceable internal fuses for each pump. The FC3 controller may also be suitable for other DC motors, provided their current requirements are checked. Installation is simplified with new direct connections to main power and ground terminals. The unit is intended for interior installation only and should not be operated with over 16.5V supplied power. It is crucial to run only one pump per output, with a maximum of three pumps supported. Fuse selection is critical, with 20A recommended for GSS341/342/340 pumps, 25A for F90000262/267/274/352 pumps, and 30A for F90000285/295 pumps.
