FDS Front Mount Intercooler

The Integrated Engineering FDS intercooler is engineered as a direct, no-modification replacement for B8 chassis Audi A4, A4 Allroad, and A5 models equipped with the 2.0T engine. It features cast and machined end tanks, precise TIG welding, and a dense bar-and-plate core, providing high cooling efficiency and reduced pressure drop compared to the factory unit. This intercooler is designed to help your turbocharger work less to produce boost, especially beneficial for vehicles with Stage 2 software or higher, or those with big turbo setups. Integrated Engineering tests each intercooler on their in-house station before shipping. However, vehicles equipped with Audi's dynamic steering systems have a large cooling loop that obstructs installation of this intercooler and will need to be deleted or modified. Integrated Engineering does not officially support this specific fitment without modification or deletion of the cooling loop, advising customers with dynamic steering to contact them for a potential solution. This intercooler has been tested to support over 600hp, with a supported range of 650-700hp depending on the turbo setup and operating conditions. Installation requires standard tools and technical expertise, with an installation manual and video guide available for reference. The intercooler is approved for facelift (B8.5) Audi fitment.
