The CARVER 77519S Sun-DURA® Styled-to-Fit® Pontoon Boat Cover is engineered for superior protection and longevity. Made from 100% solution-dyed marine grade polyester (7.6 oz., 600 x 600 Denier), the Sun-DURA® fabric ensures the color goes completely through the fiber for exceptional fade resistance. This cover boasts excellent UV and mildew resistance, preventing damage from sun exposure and moisture. Its highly water-repellent and breathable design helps to prevent cold-cracking and allows interior moisture to escape, maintaining a healthy environment for your pontoon. Construction details include four-ply folded seams with no raw edges and double-stitch construction for enhanced strength and durability. Anti-wick thread is used throughout for added weather resistance, and tie-down loops are double reinforced and sewn into the hem for a secure fit. The 77519S is specifically designed for 19'6" pontoons with a 102" deck width, accommodating large 4-bow bimini tops when folded and stored (without the use of a trailering strut). Each package includes a separate outboard motor cover. Carver recommends using a minimum of (3) #60002 Vented Support Poles or (2) #60008 Y-Strap Support Systems (sold separately) for proper support and to prevent water pooling.
