Fender Flare Package

The Rusty's XJ Front and Rear Steel Fender Flare Package is engineered for the demands of hardcore trail use, providing superior protection and aggressive styling for your 4-door Jeep Cherokee XJ. These high-clearance fender flares are constructed from robust 1/8" steel body panels and 3/16" steel flare sections, ensuring durability against trail impacts. Each component is precision laser-cut, CNC formed, and robotically welded for a precise fit, with a unique construction that hides all welds from the exterior for a clean, strong appearance. Installation is straightforward with a bolt-on design, requiring no welding. The package comes complete with black stainless steel hardware for secure mounting. The flares offer an additional 3.5" of tire clearance over stock openings, accommodating larger tires and improving off-road capability. The rear flares on 4-door models feature an integrated tube that functions as a slider, protecting the quarter panels and rear windows from obstacles. Additionally, they open up the fender well to the inside pinch weld for maximum tire clearance, matching the front. These fender flares are finished in a durable satin black powder coat to withstand the elements and trail abuse. They are proudly made in the USA. Importantly, these flares are specifically designed for 4-door XJ Cherokees ONLY and will not fit 2-door models.
