Description

The BBK Performance Cold Air Intake Kit (15575-R) is engineered to boost the performance of 1986-1993 Ford Mustang 5.0L vehicles. This fender well mount design effectively lowers intake air temperatures by isolating the reusable, high-flow air filter from the engine bay's heat, which can significantly reduce horsepower and torque. The kit replaces the entire stock intake system with large-diameter, black powdercoated tubing and blue silicone hoses for improved under-hood aesthetics and airflow. It is also 50-state emissions legal and CARB approved (EO# D-245-27). Vehicle fitment includes 1986-1988 Mustang GT/LX 5.0L with Speed Density (requires adapter 1558) and 1988-1993 Mustang GT/LX 5.0L with Mass Air Meter. BBK Performance includes a full 1-year factory warranty on this reconditioned item, with all required hardware included.
