Description

It features a 35.97mm head diameter and a 5.48mm stem diameter, with an overall length of 112.37mm. The valve is constructed from special aerospace quality alloys, including EV8-Z18, and is finished with avionics-quality hard chrome.

This valve undergoes an exclusive two-step slow forging process for optimal grain flow and is heat-treated and stress-relieved over a 48-hour period to ensure molecular integrity. Ferrea's engineering team conducts extensive flow bench tests to create a design with smoother radiuses and unique undercuts for enhanced flow, velocity, and efficiency.
