The Ferrea F1226P is an intake valve designed for Big Block engines. It features a 2.19-inch head diameter and an 11/32-inch stem diameter, with an overall length of 5.346 inches. The valve is constructed from special aerospace quality alloys, including EV8-Z18 for high tensile strength.

Manufactured using a two-step slow forging process, these valves undergo a 48-hour heat-treatment and stress-relieving period. They are finished with avionics-quality hard chrome and a specially applied hard tip. The design incorporates smoother radiuses and unique undercuts, optimized through extensive flow bench testing.
