Description

The Ferrea F1371-1 is a competition exhaust valve designed for enhanced engine performance. Constructed from a special high-temperature titanium alloy with silicon, it undergoes extensive heat treatment and stress-relieving processes to ensure molecular integrity and prolong its lifespan. Each valve is meticulously machined in precision CNC centers and passes rigorous quality control.

This exhaust valve features a proprietary Chrome Nitride (CrN) coating, applied uniformly to create a protective barrier against high engine temperatures. This coating facilitates rapid heat dissipation, reduces friction, and enhances wear resistance and hardness, allowing it to withstand dynamic valve train forces and flex without delaminating.
