The Ferrea Racing F1667 is a titanium intake valve for small block Chevrolet, Chrysler, and Ford engines. It is forged from a special high-temperature titanium alloy with silicon, CNC machined, and undergoes extensive quality control. The valve features a proprietary Chrome Nitride (CrN) coating for heat insulation, rapid heat dissipation, reduced friction, wear resistance, and hardness, allowing for dynamic valvetrain forces without delamination. These processes aim for maximum performance, reliability, and extended life in professional racing engines.
