Constructed from special aerospace-quality alloys like EV8-Z18 for high tensile strength, these valves undergo an exclusive two-step slow forging process to ensure proper grain flow. They are also heat-treated and stress-relieved over a 48-hour period for molecular integrity. The valves are finished with avionics-quality hard chrome and a specially applied hard tip.
