The Ferrea Competition Plus exhaust valve is designed for Chrysler Hemi 426 CID engines. It features an EV8-Z18 aerospace quality alloy for high tensile strength and is manufactured using a two-step slow forging process. The valve is heat-treated and stress-relieved for molecular integrity, with avionics-quality hard chrome and a specially applied hard tip.

It is built to withstand higher Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT) in competition engines, enhancing longevity and fatigue resistance.
