Description

The Ferrea Competition Plus exhaust valve is designed for the 1994-1999 Dodge Neon 2.0L. It features a 24-degree tulip design, a 30.5mm head diameter, a 5.9mm stem diameter, and a length of 109.80mm. This valve is constructed using aerospace-quality EV8-Z18 alloys for high tensile strength and undergoes an exclusive two-step slow forging process.

The valves are heat-treated and stress-relieved over a 48-hour period for molecular integrity. They are finished with avionics-quality hard chrome and a specially applied hard tip to optimize balance of flow, velocity, and efficiency.
