The Ferrea F1963P-1 is a GM Ecotec Competition Plus intake valve designed for enhanced performance and reliability. It is constructed from special aerospace-quality EV8-Z18 alloys, providing high tensile strength.

This valve undergoes an exclusive two-step slow forging process for optimal grain flow and material integrity. It is then heat-treated and stress-relieved over a 48-hour period. The valve features avionics-quality hard chrome with a specially applied hard tip, and incorporates the Superflo Valve Design with smoother radiuses and unique undercuts for improved flow and efficiency.
