Description

Manufactured using special aerospace quality alloys like EV8-Z18 for high tensile strength, these valves undergo a two-step slow forging process to ensure proper grain flow and minimize material damage. They are then heat-treated and stress-relieved for molecular integrity.

This intake valve features avionics-quality hard chrome and a hard tip. Its specifications include a 37mm head diameter, 5.48mm stem diameter, 109.8mm overall length, and a 2.5mm valve tip length. The valve head size is +1mm, and it is designed for F22C engine specifications.
