Description

The Ferrea Competition Plus Intake Valve is a high-performance component for the Nissan SR20DE engine. It is constructed from aerospace-quality alloys and features a two-step slow forging process for optimal grain flow. The valve is heat-treated and stress-relieved over a 48-hour period for molecular integrity.

This intake valve features an avionics-quality hard chrome finish and a specially applied hard tip. Its design incorporates smoother radiuses and unique undercuts to achieve an optimum balance of flow, velocity, and efficiency, aiming to increase volumetric efficiency and reliability under higher engine Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT).
