Description

Competition Plus Intake Valves by Ferrea are designed for racing engines. They are made from special aerospace-quality EV8-Z18 alloy with high tensile strength. A two-step slow forging process ensures proper grain flow. Valves undergo a 48-hour heat-treatment and stress-relief for molecular integrity, and feature avionics-quality hard chrome and a hard tip. The design optimizes flow, velocity, and efficiency with smoother radiuses and unique undercuts. Both exhaust and intake valves have a 0.5 mm reduction stem in the groove area.
