The manufacturing process includes an exclusive two-step slow forging process and a 48-hour heat treatment and stress-relief period to ensure molecular integrity.

These valves feature avionics-quality hard chrome plating and a specially applied hard tip for durability. Ferrea's engineering team conducts extensive flow bench tests to optimize the valve design with smoother radiuses and unique undercuts for superior flow, velocity, and efficiency.
