Description

The Ferrea S10148-1 is a dual valve spring designed for VW 24V VR6 3.2L engines. These springs are manufactured from high-strength alloys, including premium grade chrome silicon steel, and are heat-treated and stress-relieved to increase lifespan. The design is optimized to reduce valvetrain harmonics and provide greater stability for high horsepower applications.

Key specifications include an outer spring OD of 25.19mm, an inner spring OD of 18.23mm, and a valve spring rate of 266 lbs/inch. The open pressure is 180 lbs at 27.5mm, with a seat pressure of 75 lbs at 37.5mm. The maximum lift is 12mm, and the coil bind is 24.3mm.
