FF01 Flow Formed Wheel

The HRE FF01 wheel represents HRE Performance Wheels' FlowForm line, offering iconic styling and quality at an accessible price point. This wheel is manufactured in Japan using a state-of-the-art flow forming process, where a pressure-cast preform is stretched to a specific profile and thickness. This process improves the aluminum's grain structure, resulting in forged aluminum-like strength that is stronger, lighter, and more precise than traditional cast wheels. Key specifications for this model include a 20-inch diameter, 10.5-inch width, a 5x120 bolt pattern, and a conical profile. The wheel comes in a Liquid Silver finish and includes HRE center caps, valve stems, and lug bolts when required. HRE applies all finishes in-house at their 60,000 square-foot manufacturing facility in San Diego.
