The Saleen Carbon Ceramic Brake and Caliper Package is a direct bolt-on upgrade for the 2012-23 Tesla Model S, designed to significantly enhance braking performance. This system utilizes Saleen's extensive racing and performance engineering experience to deliver a superior stopping solution. Constructed with precision, each brake caliper is machined from 6061 forged aluminum, ensuring durability and a perfect fit and finish. The package features a 2-piece 'hat & friction ring' design with Carbon Ceramic (C/Sic) rotors, a proven configuration for both track and street use. Available in Black or Red caliper colors, this kit not only improves performance but also adds a distinct aesthetic. Buyers can choose between caliper colors: Black or Red. Beyond enhanced stopping power, this Saleen brake package offers tangible benefits for electric vehicles like the Tesla Model S. By reducing unsprung and rotating mass, it leads to improved handling, better acceleration (0-60 times), and crucially, can contribute to increased battery range.
