FF640 640cc/725cc Fuel Injector Kit

The FlowForce FF640 is a flagship plug-and-play injector kit engineered for 1990-2005 Mazda Miatas (NA/NB models). These high-performance injectors flow at 640cc in NA Miatas and 725cc in NB Miatas, offering a significant upgrade for serious street and track builds while maintaining clean idle quality. FlowForce starts with new OEM EV14 injectors and meticulously matches them into sets that flow within +/-1% at both idle and wide-open flow rates. This precise matching is critical for a 4-cylinder engine, preventing drivability issues often associated with larger injectors. The kit includes carefully designed components to ensure a plug-and-play installation in NA and NB Miatas. This injector kit is suitable for builds around 300-350hp on a turbocharged setup and is considered the ideal choice for most Miata projects. For optimal performance, the FF640 requires standalone engine management. While the stock fuel pump is adequate for many builds with FF640 or smaller injectors, it can support up to approximately 500whp. An optional DW200 fuel pump is available for enhanced fuel delivery.
