FF640 640cc Fuel Injector Kit

The FlowForce FF640 is a flagship plug-and-play injector kit engineered for 1990-2005 Mazda Miatas (NA/NB). These injectors are built using new OEM EV14 components, meticulously matched into sets that flow within a tight +/-1% tolerance at both idle and wide-open throttle. This precision is crucial for maintaining drivability, especially on a 4-cylinder engine. The FF640 injectors deliver 640cc of fuel flow in NA Miatas and 725cc in NB Miatas. This provides ample headroom for serious street and track builds, supporting approximately 300-350 horsepower on turbocharged applications. Installation and configuration guidelines should be consulted prior to installation. While the stock fuel pump may suffice for some NA/NB builds with FF640 injectors or smaller, pairing with a DW200 fuel pump is recommended for higher-flow applications or turbo builds. The DW200 fuel pump can be added for an additional cost and uses stock wiring without requiring tune changes.
