FGK 239 NIX 30 Front Fork Cartridge Kit

The Öhlins FGK 239 NIX 30 front fork cartridge kit offers professional-grade suspension tuning for the Yamaha YZF-R1 (2020-2024). Inspired by experience from World Superbike and AMA Superbike competition, this kit utilizes a 30mm diameter piston that allows for increased oil flow and a broader, more precise range of adjustment compared to stock components. The system features a sealed, single-cylinder piston chamber that forces oil through the shim stack for immediate, consistent response during the entire damping sequence. All damping and spring preload adjustments are conveniently located at the top of the fork caps, allowing for quick tuning without needing to remove the forks. Compression is adjusted on the left leg, while rebound is adjusted on the right leg. The system is designed specifically for use with OEM fork tubes. Please note that springs are sold separately and must be ordered individually based on the rider's weight and intended use. The kit uses 08790 series springs and requires 01309 oil for proper assembly and function.
