The Woodcraft Servo Buddy acts as an exhaust servo eliminator, providing a reliable solution for riders who have installed aftermarket exhaust systems or wish to remove the stock servo motor. By mimicking the factory component, it prevents FI system fault codes from appearing on your dashboard, allowing the servo motor, cables, and valve to be completely removed from the motorcycle. This eliminates common reliability issues such as stripped gears or burned-out motors, while freeing up valuable space and reducing overall bike weight. The device features a simple, plug-and-play installation process that requires no cutting or modification to the factory wiring, ensuring the bike can be easily reverted to stock condition when necessary. It is important to note that this device must be installed before turning the ignition on to prevent the bike's ECU from recording a stored fault code. This product is specifically designed for Yamaha motorcycles, including various FZ1, FZ-10, MT-10, and YZF-R1 models produced between 2001 and 2024. Please note that this product is legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used, registered, or licensed for use upon a highway.
