Overview

The Fi2000R Fuel Processor is an ignition component designed to correct lean air/fuel mixture problems. It helps eliminate issues such as overheating, backfiring on deceleration, hesitation on acceleration, and uneven RPMs. The processor features three easily identifiable lights to indicate fuel adjustments: green for approximately 14:1 air/fuel ratio, green and yellow for approximately 12.5:1 when the throttle is opened quickly, and red for approximately 12.8:1 air/fuel ratio for best full-throttle power.

The Fi2000R Fuel Processor is engineered to optimize the air/fuel ratio in your Kawasaki motorcycle, addressing common issues caused by lean mixtures. This device helps to eliminate overheating, prevent backfiring during deceleration, smooth out hesitation during acceleration, and ensure a more even RPM range. This fuel processor features a straightforward indicator light system. A green light signifies the Fi2000R is adding fuel to achieve an air/fuel ratio of approximately 14:1. When the throttle is opened more quickly, both green and yellow lights illuminate, indicating an air/fuel mixture around 12.5:1. The red light remains on as long as the processor is actively adjusting the fuel curve to approximately 12.8:1, the optimal ratio for maximum full-throttle engine power. Designed for versatility, the Fi2000R works seamlessly with both stock and modified engines, including those with aftermarket air cleaners and exhaust systems. It offers advanced tuning capabilities, allowing users to fine-tune non-acceleration air/fuel curves via a Bluetooth® app. Installation is made easy with plug-in OEM-style connectors. This product is proudly made in the USA. This product is specifically designed for the Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 Classic and Classic LT models from 2004-2010. Fitment is based on the stock version of the motorcycle; any added accessories or modifications could affect compatibility.
