It meets the demanding FIA 8855-1999 standard and is specifically designed to work with HANS driver safety systems, providing enhanced protection. Constructed from either a lightweight carbon-aramid composite (CFRP/AFRP) or a durable glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP), this seat offers robust support. It is available in various sizes, including an XL option to accommodate drivers of larger builds. The Pro Racer features a flexible sidemount system that allows for fore-aft adjustment, enabling drivers to find their preferred seating position. The seat also incorporates shock-absorbent foam and highly flame-retardant upholstery (FMVSS 302) for safety and comfort. Designed for professional use, the RECARO Pro Racer is FIA approved for five years and is suitable for use with 4-, 5-, or 6-point racing harnesses.
