The Anderson Composites Hardtop is a premium replacement roof designed as a durable and stylish solution for 4-door Ford Broncos from 2021 to 2026. This four-panel hardtop enhances the vehicle's versatility by providing a protective cabin enclosure while maintaining compatibility with factory accessories like roof racks. It offers an upgrade in noise reduction and insulation for improved driving comfort. Manufactured using a vacuum-infused process with eight layers of woven fiberglass cloth, this hardtop boasts superior strength and durability, further enhanced by composite honeycomb inserts for off-road capability. The interior features a diamond-stitched headliner with six layers of material, including foam, a heat barrier, and sound deadener, to effectively reduce outside road noise and regulate cabin temperatures. The exterior has a white textured finish with UV inhibitors, which is not paintable. The tinted hatch glass and side glass match OEM specifications. This all-inclusive hardtop comes with weather-stripping, tinted side and rear glass, a wiper blade/motor/hose assembly, rear window defroster, strut rods, and the necessary wiring harness to connect to OE plugs. It utilizes quarter locks and J-hooks for optimal fitment during assembly and disassembly. Early production soft-top equipped Broncos may require additional parts from Ford for complete installation, and it is not recommended to use aftermarket partial soft tops, mesh tops, or sunscreen tops in conjunction with this hardtop due to potential interference issues. The product includes a one-year warranty. The OEM roof rack weight capacity is 110 pounds dynamic (in motion) and 450 pounds static (stationary).
