The design incorporates recessed areas that enhance both styling and structural integrity. The truck cap is equipped with a heavy-duty aluminum-framed rear door, which is 35% thicker than those found on competing caps, ensuring increased reliability and security. This door features a recessed fit, a contour strip, and a composite single T-handle for convenient one-handed access. Security is further bolstered by a factory-grade lock cylinder. For enhanced functionality and visibility, the Overland Series includes aluminum-framed half-slider side windows with screens and an aluminum-framed front picture window. The exterior boasts an automotive-grade paint-matched finish, complemented by a unique two-tone off-road appearance. This includes a UV-stable OTR textured finish applied in high-stress areas, such as along the cab line and where the topper meets the bed, contributing to both aesthetics and strength. Optional Yakima™ Roof Rack systems are available. Installation is straightforward, featuring a clamp-on design with included hardware, instructions, and L-rails, requiring no cutting or drilling on most applications. The A.R.E.
