It is constructed from military-grade 6061 T6 billet aluminum with a 1045 steel surface and a heat-treated 1050 steel ring gear. It is secured using Grade 8 button screws and a stepped-down dowel system. This flywheel features a replaceable friction surface made of 1045 steel for faster clutch 'bedding in.'
