MIA's Description

Fidanza Aluminum Flywheels are made from the highest quality 6061 T6 aluminum for strength, heat dissipation and reduction in weight. The friction surface is incredibly strong 1045 steel and milled to meet high specifications. It can mate with any type of clutch material. The replaceable friction surface is attached with military grade aerospace fasteners, allowing replacement of only the friction plate instead of the entire flywheel, saving time and money. The ring gears are made from 1050 steel, heat treated for durability, heated, pressed on, and secured with grade 8 button screws. Fidanza was the first to utilize a stepped dowel system in most of their flywheel applications, which locks dowels into place once the pressure plate is installed.
