The Infinity Design Carbon Intake System for BMW N55 engines is a 3-piece autoclave carbon fiber construction. It features a semi-sealed design for optimal air temperature efficiency, an improved throttle response, and enhanced induction noise. The system is designed for plug-and-play fitment, requiring no tuning and is compatible with OE Mass Air Flow sensors. It includes a turbo inlet tube with integrated MAF Boss, a venturi intake tube, an air filter housing/inlet duct, a bespoke Infinity Design air filter (170mm opening), black metal clamps, a filter for intake breather silicone and CNC Boss, and a bracket for wiper fluid. Dyno tests show power gains after 4900rpm, with an estimated flywheel increase of +16-18HP. Installation time is approximately 30 minutes.
