Flash Tune

The Stratified Flash Tune is the premier ECU calibration for your stock turbo Mk.6 GTI. Developed through countless hours of testing and refinement, this tune maximizes performance while ensuring engine safety and providing excellent drivability. It features smooth, predictable throttle modulation, reactive boost control that adapts to your environment, and enhanced driving dynamics. This tune comes with a complimentary MAF calibration to ensure your car is properly set up for your specific intake. It is also compatible with both OEM and aftermarket DSG calibrations. Depending on your modifications and fuel, you can expect boost levels ranging from 19-22 psi. For stock turbo cars, power output is generally between 225-260 WHP, limited by the turbo's capabilities, fuel quality, and existing modifications. Using E30 blends or Water-Methanol Injection (WMI) can yield gains of 15-20 WHP, depending on the quality of the base fuel. Users have reported improvements in how the car behaves around town, describing it as "elegant" and "refined." It's important to note that all cars MUST be running the stock motor, with engine internals (pistons, rods, bearings) being the only exception. Aftermarket turbo kits, cams, heads, stroker kits, and auxiliary fuel systems will require a ProTune. The tune supports 91OCT/95RON to 94OCT/98RON and E30 fuel. Unique fuel types will require a ProTune. Features such as STuned Crackles (for exhaust burbling), Flat Foot Shifting, and Launch Control settings are available as options, though some may not be available on World Market Cars. Datalog Refinement is available for further optimization based on your car's data, but it is not guaranteed to always add performance; adjustments are made for safety and reliability based on logged data.
