Flash V1.2 ECU Reflash Kit

The KTuner Flash V1.2 is an end-user flash kit designed for a wide range of Honda and Acura vehicles. This entry-level tuning solution allows you to alter your K-Tuner ECU settings and enables datalogging and reflashing directly via your vehicle's OBD2 port, without requiring ECU removal. The unit is locked to one ECU per license, but it can be returned to its factory settings and unlocked for resale. This kit provides improved throttle response, reduced turbo lag, enhanced low-end and midrange torque, a smoothed boost curve, and an overall sportier feel and improved drivability. It comes with three starter maps (16.5 PSI, 18 PSI, or 21 PSI) that are programmed for 87 octane fuel, though optimal results are achieved with 91 octane or higher. A tune switch can be customized for specific driving conditions. Key software features include on-board logging without a laptop, Bluetooth connectivity for peripherals and the TunerView Android app, and extended data parameters on certain vehicles. It can also diagnose any Honda/Acura CAN vehicle, even when locked. The KTuner software utilizes a USB cable for fast data transfers. Please note that KTuner is intended for off-road research and development testing only. Every vehicle should be flashed back to factory settings before being driven on a public road. For 2017+ Type-R models, the ECU must be unlocked prior to tuning, with specific supported North American ECUs listed for 2017-2019 models.
