Flash V1.2 ECU Tuning Kit

The KTuner Flash V1.2 is an entry-level tuning kit designed to provide precise engine response control for various driving conditions, from city traffic to track competition. This system allows for datalogging and reflashing directly through your vehicle's factory OBD2 port, eliminating the need to remove the ECU. It supports storing multiple tunes, including the original factory tune, and can be managed via the TunerView App. Additionally, it offers onboard logging capabilities without a laptop and Bluetooth connectivity for peripherals and the TunerView Android app, with extended data parameters available on certain vehicles. The KTuner V1.2 kit is locked to one ECU at a time, but it can be returned to factory settings and unlocked to be resold. It comes with three starter maps (16.5 PSI, 18 PSI, or 21 PSI) and a tune switch that can be customized for specific driving conditions. The tunes are programmed for 87 octane fuel, but optimal results are achieved with 91 octane or higher. For 2017+ Type-R models, the ECU must be unlocked before tuning. Supported North American ECUs for 2017-2019 Type-R include specific part numbers like 37820-5BF-A01 through A04 for 2017-18 and 37820-5BF-A21 through A22 for 2019. KTuner is intended for off-road research and development testing only. Every vehicle must be flashed back to its factory settings before being driven on public roads. The kit includes the KTuner V1.2 hardware/software, all necessary wiring, and an instruction manual.
