Flash V1.2 Handheld Tuning Device

The KTuner Flash V1.2 is an entry-level tuning kit that provides a direct path to a flawless ECU tune for compatible Honda and Acura vehicles. This handheld device allows you to reprogram your stock ECU through the OBD2 diagnostic port, eliminating the need to remove the ECU. The unit is locked to a single ECU but can be unlocked to resell or transfer to another supported vehicle. Key features include the ability to store multiple tunes, including the factory setting, and flash them directly from the TunerView App (though tunes are created using KTuner PC software). On-board logging capabilities allow you to record data without a laptop, and Bluetooth connectivity enables integration with peripherals and the TunerView Android app. Extended data parameters are available for certain vehicles, and the system can diagnose any Honda/Acura CAN vehicle, even when locked. The KTuner V1.2 offers several benefits, such as improved throttle response, reduced turbo lag, enhanced low-end and midrange torque, a smoothed boost curve, and a sportier feel and drivability. It comes with three starter flashes (16.5PSI, 18, or 21 PSIs) and a tune switch that can be customized for specific driving conditions using the ECO button. While programmed for 87 octane fuel, optimal results are achieved with 91 octane or higher. Important notes: For 2017+ Type-R models, the ECU must be unlocked prior to tuning. Currently supported North American ECUs include specific 2017-2019 Type R models. It is critical to remember that KTuner is intended for off-road research and development testing only.
