FlashPro ECU Tuning Device

The Hondata FlashPro is an ECU tuning device designed for the 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si, specifically those equipped with the K20Z3 engine. This unit allows for full user tuning and datalogging capabilities through its Windows-based software, FlashProManager. It connects directly via the OBD-II port, eliminating the need to remove the ECU. Base maps are included for various common bolt-on and forced induction configurations, providing a starting point for optimizing performance. Available in two versions: Race and CARB Legal. The Race version is intended for off-road and track use only, offering unrestricted tuning access. The CARB Legal version, which carries a CARB EO number, is street-legal in all 50 states but includes certain tuning restrictions to maintain emissions compliance. This device features dual calibration storage, allowing users to store two tunes simultaneously and switch between them without a laptop. It also supports reading and clearing diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). It is important to note that all FlashPro sales are final and units are non-returnable once married to an ECU. While it can be unlocked to be used on another vehicle, this must be done through the FlashPro software. Hondata strongly recommends professional tuning, ideally on a dyno, after installing the FlashPro and loading base maps, as base maps are intended as safe starting points rather than optimized tunes for heavily modified vehicles. This FlashPro is designed exclusively for the 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si (8th Gen) with the K20Z3 engine and does not fit models with non-K20Z3 engines.
