Description

The Hondata FlashPro is a crucial tuning device designed for the 2023-2025 Honda Civic Type R FL5. The device comes pre-loaded with base maps that can provide an estimated +45 hp and +50 lb-ft of torque, making it a significant upgrade for enthusiasts seeking enhanced power. To utilize the FlashPro, the factory ECU must first be jailbroken. This process is not included with the FlashPro and must be purchased separately from Hondata, requiring the ECU to be sent to them for the jailbreak procedure. The FlashPro itself connects to a Windows laptop or desktop computer via a USB 2.0 connection for tuning and data analysis using the included FlashProManager software. Key features include real-time tuning and datalogging, custom laptop gauges for live feedback, the ability to read and clear diagnostic codes, and password protection for security.
