Fleet Filter Pack

The Brand F Fleet Filter Pack FLP3000 is designed for shops and individuals looking to keep their FASS Fuel Systems maintained. This pack contains three (3) XWS3002 Extreme Water Separators and three (3) PF3001 Particulate Filters, providing a convenient way to stock up. The XWS3002XL Extreme Water Separator boasts a 2-micron absolute rating, effectively trapping over 99% of water without the need for a drain. The PF3001 Particulate Filter features a 144-micron rating and is installed on the suction side of the fuel system. Its placement is intended to reduce cavitation, improve flow characteristics, lower system noise, and remove larger fuel particulates. When replacing older filter models (FF-3003/FF-3010 or FS-1001/FS-1020) with the new XWS3002 and PF3001, the XWS3002 should be placed on the pressure side of the pump, and the PF3001 on the suction side. Refer to the placement diagram on the filters for correct installation.
